Aspectos clínicos, gravidade e desfecho de pacientes infectados por Covid-19 em momentos distintos da Pandemia / Clinical aspects, severy and outcome of patients infected with Covid-19 at different moments of the Pandemic

Objetivo: Comparar aspectos clínicos, laboratoriais, de imagem, manejo ventilatório e desfecho pacientes com diagnóstico COVID-19, em diferentes momentos da pandemia. Métodos: Estudo observacional, do tipo retrospectivo comparativo diagnosticados COVID-19 internados uma unidade terapia intensiva (UTI) região sul Brasil. Contou amostra total 142 indivíduos, subdivididos 2 grupos (grupo 2020 – G20 grupo 2021 G21) análise dos dados por testes estatísticos específicos. Resultados: O G21 todas as variáveis apresentou-se mais grave relação ao G20, acometimento infecção viral população jovem (<0,0001), pior escore Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (0,0006), maior taxa mortalidade (0,0002), número dias internamento UTI bem como utilização ventilação mecânica não invasiva (<0,0001) uso oxigênio suplementar (<0,0001). Conclusão: A Pandemia sem dúvida é das graves humanidade que ainda continua vigência atravessou até agora fases diferenciadas. Atribuímos nossos resultados a condição já na admissão destes doentes, cursando desfechos desfavoráveis sua maioria. Fatores relacionados avançar pandemia, surgimento novas variantes, sobrecarga sistema hospitalar farmacêutico, podem responder parte diferenças encontradas, mas para isso novos estudos devem ser realizados mensurando essas possíveis variáveis.
